Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. You can:
- Keep it if you love it.
- Exchange it for a different size.
- Return it if it’s not the right fit.
How It Works
- Free Reverse Pickup – No extra cost to you.
- Refund Policy – If any refund is approved, we will credit the refund within 10 days.
- Return Condition – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Defective Items – Email us at support@huskyandsoul.com with images, and we’ll arrange a pickup within 2-5 days.
- Pickup Attempts – Our delivery partner will try up to 3 times to collect the item.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders – Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping Charges – Non-refundable.
- Refund – After your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 10 days.
- Exchange – Your exchanged product will be delivered within 10 days.
- Cancellations – Only possible before the order is dispatched.

Important Notes
- Items returned after use, washing, or damage (except defective ones) will not be accepted.
- Orders placed with discounts or promo codes deals are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further refunds or exchanges will apply.
