• Exchange it for a different size.
• Return it if it’s not the right fit.

How It Works

• Free Reverse Pickup – No extra cost to you.
• Return Condition – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Defective Items – Email us at support@huskyandsoul.com with images, and we’ll arrange a pickup within 2-3 days.
• Pickup Attempts – Our delivery partner will try up to 3 times to collect the item.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Prepaid Orders – Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• COD Orders – Husky & Soul coupon code worth your order value will be issued, valid for 1 month.
• Shipping Charges – Non-refundable.
• Cancellations – Only possible before the order is dispatched.
