Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase from HUSKY & SOUL. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All tags and original packaging must be intact
You must provide the order number or purchase proof
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only for eligible products.
Exchange conditions:
Request must be raised within 7 days after delivery
Exchange allowed only once per order
Subject to stock availability
3. Return Process (Delhivery Reverse Pickup)
Email us at support@huskyandsoul.com with:
Order ID
Product name
Reason for return
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup through Delhivery.
Our courier partner will collect the product from your address.
Delhivery supports reverse pickup (customer return) where returned products are sent back to the seller’s warehouse.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original tags
Final sale / clearance products
Used or washed clothing
5. Return to Origin (RTO)
If the order is not accepted by the customer during delivery, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our warehouse by the courier.
For COD orders returned as RTO, we may require prepaid payment for re-shipping.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
